SHIPPING

Where do we ship?

We ship to all of Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and to countries within the European Union.

Delivery times

  • Spain (Peninsula): 2-4 business days.
  • Balearic Islands: 3-5 working days.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-7 business days (customs fees may apply).
  • European Union: 5-10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Delivery times may be affected by local holidays or logistical issues beyond Frankie's Labs' control.

Shipping costs

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Free standard shipping on orders over €25. Orders under €25 are charged €3.50.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Cost varies depending on destination and is subject to local tariffs and taxes.
  • European Union: Rates calculated based on the destination country, visible at checkout before completing the purchase.

Order tracking

You'll receive an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped so you can track it at all times.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition .

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of used, opened, or unsealed products.

How to request a refund?

  1. Write to us at info@frankieslabs.com indicating your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will tell you the steps to send us the product.
  3. Once received and verified, we will refund you within 5-7 business days using the same payment method.

Who covers the return costs?

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong product), we cover the shipping costs.
  • If you return the product by your own choice and the purchase price is less than €25, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives in poor condition or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us at info@frankieslabs.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
